Do The Right Thing honors Freshman

Recently, Ste. Genevieve High School Freshman, Dillon Puckett, received a recognition certificate on behalf of “Do The Right Thing”. Dillon does odd jobs mowing grass, shoveling snow, cutting coupons and watching the buy sell trade groups online to find good deals to buy supplies. Since August of 2016, Dillon has been collecting items for the Ste. Genevieve Animal Shelter.  Dillon has already made 2 large drop offs to the shelter with Officer Barton. These animals have been left all alone and sometimes when you are bullied that’s how you feel, and that is why he chose to help the animal shelter.  Helping by working and donating items takes his mind off of bullying, and is his way of speaking out against bullying.
