Senior Quentin Ponder Named September Rotary Student of the Month

Quentin Ponder is the Rotary Student of the Month for September from Ste. Genevieve High School! Quentin is the son of Jeramy and Jacqueline Ponder.

Quentin's scholastic honors include: being ranked in the top 10% of his class, earning A Honor Roll each semester, and being a valued member of the SGHS Math team.

Quentin has been involved in his class as an active member of the Ste. Genevieve High School Marching Band. During this time, he has earned numerous awards including advancing to the state competition as a member of the percussion ensemble. Quentin has also won awards at math competitions hosted by Mineral Area College and Southeast Missouri State University. 

Quentin has received many academic accolades but has also excelled band, and has participated in cross country and as a cadet teacher. In his free time, Quentin enjoys drumming, solving rubik’s cubes, video editing, music producing, and gaming with friends. He plans to attend a University and major in education and neurosciences.
