Emma Johns is the Rotary Student of the Month for December from Ste. Genevieve High School. Emma is the daughter of Jeffrey and Angela Johns.
Emma's scholastic honors include: being ranked in the top 10% of her class and earning A Honor Roll each semester. She has been involved in her class as an active member of National Honor Society, German Club, and SADD, and she is currently the senior class president. She has been very involved in these organizations and has held numerous leadership positions.
Emma has also been a member of the volleyball team as a manager, has participated in wrestling and softball, and is a key member of the SGHS Cheer squad. She is currently the co-spirit leader and has earned the Miss Spirit award and the Miss Cheerleader award. In her free time, Emma enjoys watching her brother play basketball and spending time with her friends. She plans to attend college and pursue a degree in education with hopes of becoming a history teacher.
