Congratulations to eighth grader Scarlette Gonz, who was recently chosen to attend an Ambassador Leadership Summit at Harvard this summer!
Students who are accepted to this program are recognized for their leadership potential, and this experience offers them an opportunity to take that leadership to the next level. During the 7-day summit, Scarlette will take part in hands-on service and leadership training, culminating in a community action plan addressing a local or global community need. She will also have the opportunity to engage in workshops and team-building activities, hear from motivational speakers, participate in panel discussions and contribute to a day of hands-on service learning in partnership with United Way. Congratulations, Scarlette!
