At Bloomsdale Elementary, students in Ms. Ashley Gettinger’s kindergarten class learned all about the weather and the four seasons! The students worked hard to draw and color their five-day weather forecast, as well as write their own weather report. As an extension to their writing, they used Habit #6 from the seven habits taught through Leader in Me. They synergized and worked in groups to create a news report on the weather. Students took turns recording, taking photos, holding props and speaking. Group leaders used the green screen app by DoInk to mesh their photos and videos! To view the groups videos, please visit:
