Congratulations to Ste. Genevieve High School senior Lucy Sears for being recognized through the VFW Post 2210 and VFW Auxiliary’s annual Voice of Democracy Contest. Lucy is the daughter of Roy and Debora Bronson.
After earning 2nd place last year, Lucy has now claimed the top spot as this year’s champion! She has earned first place for the Voice of Democracy Oral Essay Contest for grades 9 - 12. The theme of this year’s oral essay was, “Is America Today Our Forefather's Vision?" Lucy's audio essay now will move on to the district VFW contest. Congratulations to Lucy on her excellent submission!
