Congratulations to Ste. Genevieve High School junior Zoe Cook, who was chosen to take part in Missouri Girls State this summer! Zoe is the daughter of James and Christina Cook. Missouri Girls State is held in Warrensburg, and the program is a hands-on experience focusing on the fundamentals of government where students learn to develop their leadership skills through going through the motions of governmental processes. The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary sponsors their participation in the program.
