On Monday, May 2, Ste. Genevieve High School senior Ricky Hunter signed a national letter of intent to compete on the basketball team at St. Louis Community College. Ricky is the son of Laura and Jeff Hunter.
In attendance were his parents; his brother, Jeffrey Hunter; his grandma, Mary Madden; his grandpa, Jim Madden and his grandpa’s girlfriend, Nancy Russo; Ricky’s girlfriend, Hannah Naeger; and friends and teammates Zach Henderson, Jon Merklin, and Evan Schweiss. Head Basketball Boys Coach Rob Coleman, Assistant Basketball Boys Coach Jonathan Robinson, Head Freshman Basketball Boys Coach Anthony Meyer, and Athletic Director Jeff Nix also attended to show their support.
