Ste. Genevieve Elementary would like to congratulate the newest members of the Dancing Dragons dance team! The dancers will begin learning a dance to the school song and will also start preparing for the end-of-the-year assembly celebration. Next school year, they will be a part of the Homecoming assembly and will also prepare a Christmas show for the school.
This year, the Dancing Dragons added captains to the dance team! The captains will serve a leadership role for the team and will help teach the school song and various routines throughout the year. The captains are Zoey Grass, Brooke Jokerst, Laney Jokerst, Vera Rottler and Khloe Yount.
Our new Dancing Dragons for the upcoming season include: Russell Barr, Braelynn Gendron, Rylee Goggin, Sara Guenther, Kinley Kueker, Ruby Picou, Sloane Basler, Norah Donovan, Coen Grass, Isabel Huck, Olivia Lekki, Skylar Weathers, Emberlyn Wittu, August Abts, Laynie Gegg, Liam Gegg, Brooklyn Jett, Jude McKinney, Addilyn Reynolds, Jude Rottler, Lillian Joggerst, Kinslee Lamb, Nora Roth, Ruby Wibbenmeyer, Layla Arnold, Aliylah Declue, Allymay Huck, Kennedy Kist, Raeleigh Lipp, Mollie Heberlie, Leah Lindsey, and Amadea Zielinski.
The teachers leading our students are Mrs. Kueker, Mrs. Oechsner, and Mrs. Wibbenmeyer. All of these ladies have dance and cheerleading experience and look forward to sharing their passion for the art with our new crew!
