Congratulations to Ste. Genevieve High School sophomore Luke Ferranto, who was recognized as a winner for his submission in the Mineral Area College English Department's writing competition! Each year, students in grades 9-12 are invited to submit personal narrative essays. Seven local high schools submitted work.
Luke wrote and submitted a literary piece he wrote in Dr. Jeremy O’Brien’s class. Luke’s personal essay, “Central Message” earned second place in the sophomore division of the writing competition!
