Sept. 13, 2021 – (Ste. Genevieve, MO) - Congratulations to Kaylee Forhan, the SGHS Rotary Student of the Month for September from Ste. Genevieve High School. Kaylee is the daughter of Jodi and Patrick Forhan.
Kaylee's scholastic honors include: being ranked in the top 10% of her class and earning A Honor Roll each semester. She earned the designation of Summa Cum Laude in the 2020-21 school year. She has been involved in her class as an active member of the varsity Scholar Bowl team and French Club. During her time on the Scholar Bowl team, she earned All Conference and All District honors.
In her free time, Kaylee enjoys volunteering at the Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center, where she archives the contents of the collections in the basement. She also enjoys going to renaissance/steampunk festivals and dressing for those events. She enjoys spending time reading, drawing, and playing video games. Kaylee plans to attend University of Chicago and major in history. She hopes to work in a museum as an archivist.
