After more than 13 hours of volleyball today, the Varsity Dragons go 5-0-2 in the Red (top) Division at the SEMO Dig For Life Tournament consisting of over 60 teams and winning 1st place in the Silver Bracket! Way to go, Ladies!

The middle school cross country team traveled to Arcadia Valley today to begin their season. The boys team finished in 7th place out of 18 teams. On the girls side of competition, the team finished in 9th place overall. Laurie Parker was the lone individual medalist finishing in 8th place. Way to go Dragons!

The high school cross country team began their season today at the Arcadia Valley Invitational. Hollyn Zangaro was the lone varsity medalist finishing 5th overall. In Junior Varsity action the girls team finished 2nd overall with the following girls earning medals Sadie Greminger-3rd, Kaden Huck-5th, Sophia Fritsch-21st, and Olivia Klump-28th. Congratulations to all of the runners on a great start to the season!

The Dragons Football team fought hard to get the victory over the Orchard Farm Eagles by a score of 42-17. The Dragons are now 3-0 and will host Fredericktown next week for Homecoming. Way to go, Dragons!

Girls Golf traveled to Lindbergh today for a varsity tournament and finished with a score of 423 placing 19th out of 25 teams. Lani Yamnitz was SG’s lowest scorer with a personal best of 89. Great job, ladies!

In a crazy, back-and-forth match, the Varsity Volleyball team fell in 5 sets to the Windsor Owls by scores of 30-28, 22-25, 25-7, 15-25, 16-18. Great effort, ladies! Next up, SEMO Tourney on Friday and Saturday.

At the Washington Invitational, the girls golf team shot a 500 (46 strokes better than last year) to get 13th out of 14 teams . Best round for the Dragons was scored by Eleanor McKlin with 109.
