UPDATE: Our families' contact information is now syncing correctly with Thrillshare, the vendor we utilize for notifications. If you have any questions or any issues with notifications from the district going forward, please reach out to your school office. Thank you for your patience!
SG R-II: Please see this letter regarding a notification from PowerSchool about a PowerSchool security breach: https://bit.ly/4fNbFvX. Thank you.
Instructions for all SGMS students is shared below and in the students' Grade Level Google Classroom:
1st AMI day (Thursday, 1/9): Please make sure to follow the expectations set by each teacher. This could include completing work, checking in on Google classroom, or other communication. This serves as your attendance for each class. If there is an assignment and a check in, make sure you do both. The check in will count as your attendance and the assignment will begin your grades for 2nd semester. Some teachers may combine these items or may simply have a check in.
Big idea: Check your Google Classrooms and email often on AMI days and follow directions closely!
If you are in a new class for second semester, please check your email throughout the day. Your new teacher/new hour may email a Google Classroom invitation or send instructions your way. Make sure to join the classroom and follow the instructions for AMI Day #1.
Any questions, please email your teachers, Mrs. Huffman, or Dr. Mercer.

We are in discussions with customer service representatives & will let you know as soon as the issue is rectified. Until then, please check our website & social media channels for any updates, & we apologize for any inconvenience.
