SGMS 7th & 8th grade practice information. Practice begins the first day of school unless otherwise noted.
Students must have a current physical turned in to participate in practice/tryouts.
Football: practice after school until 5:15 Monday-Friday. Pickup in front of SGMS. Dress in PE clothes and bring cleats.
Cross Country: Meet in Mr. Samples’ room in work out clothes w/good running shoes and a water bottle. Mon-Fri until 5. Pick up in front of SGMS.
Volleyball: New Middle School Gym, Mon-Fri, 3:05- 5:00 bring water bottle, athletic shoes, & knee pads.
Cheer: Practice begins Tuesday, after school until 5:00. Pick up in front of SGMS.

Update from SG R-II: Due to the rain, we will not be set up out front of SGE as part of the Prop SG projects tour. We still invite you to visit the new SGMS addition between now and 5 p.m. Please enter through the back SGMS parking lot (under the dragon claws!) and head toward the new accessible entrance on the addition.
SGMS bus riders will need to know their bus route number before the first day of school. Rt. numbers have not changed from last year. If you don't know your child's rt. number, please call the transportation office. 573 883-3232
Bus locations on the school lot at dismissal have changed due to construction; students knowing their rt. # is vital. Thank you!

Log in, Click on Forms, Fill out/update the #24-25 School Year Forms (3 forms). Do not utilize the new student forms at the top. Also, only incoming 6th graders need to attend an in-person orientation on August 14th. Thank you!
