We wrapped up students' second round of Dragon Groups. Our groups focus on life skills, social skills, and promoting mental and emotional health. Some look like "fun" only but are great ways to challenge our students and/or provide a healthy brain break. Here are some final projects from this rotation's Lego Masters. #sgmsrocks #sgexcellence
Dr. Oldham's World History class was observed taking an extremely collaborative approach to concept mastery. Students were challenged to work in groups, validate, analyze, support, and challenge one another's understanding of content related to their studies on the Roman Empire. #sgmsrocks #sgexcellence

Ms. Tricia Woodward's FACS 3 class recently partnered with Mrs. Mercer's Kindergarten class for a project. The kindergarten students decorated a monster templates with designs, patterns, and a rainbow of colors. The FACS 3 class then picked up the patterns and created a stuffed animal version of the monster by sewing them! They did an amazing job, and the kindergarteners were very excited!
Our ELA classes participated in the Ste. Genevieve County Library Spooky Story Contest . Our very own, Jaden Roth was chosen the 5th- 8th grade winner. Jaden is pictured with her ELA teacher, Mrs. Kuehnel. #sgmsrocks #sgexcellence
