Girls wrestling update: Addison Geiler has won her semi final match and will wrestle for the State Championship tonight! She’s our only girl remaining. Boys continue at 12:15 today!
It’s an exciting day for sports at SGHS! The Boys and Girls Wrestlers continue on at State. Girls 10:15 and boys 12:15. It’s also Senior Night for Boys Basketball and Emeralds! They play Perryville. Freshmen at 5:00 followed by JV, then senior night, then varsity. Go Dragons!
The boys are currently in 4th as a team with 49 points!

Varsity Girls Basketball gets their 8th win of the season, this one over Desoto by a score of 58–45. Way to go, Ladies!
Day 1 of the State Meet just concluded for the girls wrestlers. Addison Geiler went 2-0 on the day and will wrestle again tomorrow in the semis. Hailey Wheeler is 2-1 and will also wrestle tomorrow in 3rd round wrestlebacks. Boys begin at 6:00 tonight. Let’s go!!

JV and Varsity Boys were at Festus tonight. JV lost 54-48 and varsity lost 69-66 on a 3-point shot by Festus at the buzzer. The girls have senior night on Wednesday this week and the boys have senior night on Thursday. Come out and support our boys and girls!
