In the semi-finals of the Class 3 District 2 Volleyball Tournament, the Dragons win in four sets by scores of 25-15, 12-25, 25-14, and 25-19. They play the Championship tomorrow at 6:00 at Central. Come out and support the girls! Go Dragons!
Hey SGHS! We hope you can join us this Thursday, October 27th for Parent-Teacher Conferences from 1:30-4 or 5-8. We will also be hosting our College & Career Fair in the Peggy J Johnson Gymnasium from 1:30-4. We have several food trucks that will be onsite in the front of the high school and the cafeteria will be an open space to enjoy the food purchased from the food trucks. Varsity football gets the win over Kelly High School by a score of 42–14 to improve their record to 7-2 to finish out the regular season. The Dragons will play Dexter at home on Friday in the first round of the playoffs. Go Dragons!

In a fun, well-played game by both teams the 8th grade football squad got the win in their last game of the season by a score of 24-22 over the Central Rebels! Their final record was 4-2. Way to go, Green!

Varsity volleyball drops the championship game of the MAAA conference tournament to the Farmington Knights in 2 sets. Score was 25-22 and 25–17. Great job on your second place finish, ladies! Districts is next up for the Dragons starting on Monday. Go Green!
In the Gold Bracket of the MAAA Volleyball Tournament the Dragons defeated Fredericktown in the semi-final and will play either Farmington or Valle in the Championship later this evening. Scores were 23-25, 25-20, 26-24. Way to go girls, and good luck!
