Art 1 and Art 2 students participated in the 2nd Annual Bill of Rights Day Student Contest. The theme of the art contest was The Importance of the Bill of Rights. Students from 10 states participated (Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin), with over 300 entries submitted. 7th grader Cailin Hallin's artwork showed images of a waving flag, the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell, the White House, an eagle, fireworks, and the Pledge of Allegiance. Her submission earned her a runner-up prize and a $50 Amazon gift card. Congratulations, Cailin!
