Girls Wrestling competed in a two-day Wonder Woman Tournament featuring wrestlers from several Midwest states and finished 10th out of 86 Teams! Individual Placers were Lexi Wolk 7th, Keely Fallert 2nd and Anna Fischer 5th. Way to go, Dragons!

Varsity Boys fall to Fredericktown by a score of 50-43 in the 5th place bracket of the Park Hills Christmas Tournament.
The Varsity Boys made a great effort to come from 17 down at the half in the quarterfinals of the Central Christmas Tournament, but ultimately fell to Hillsboro by a final score of 75-69. The Dragons will play tomorrow at 3:00 in the 5th place bracket vs Fredericktown.
Varsity Girls played a tough 4 quarters against South Iron, but fell short by a final score of 53-46. The girls will play South Iron again, this time at home, on Friday at 1:00. Good game, ladies!
Boys basketball with the VICTORY this evening over Herculaneum by the score of 71-46 in the first round of the Bob Sechrest Christmas Tournament!!
Next game will be Monday at 5:30 vs. the winner of Hillsboro/West County game!!
Girls Basketball falls to #2 seed Potosi 70-23 in the first round of the PHC Christmas Tournament. The girls will play tomorrow at 11:30 vs. South Iron. Good luck, Green!

The Girls Wrestling Team traveled to Eldon to compete in a 27-team tournament and came home with a 1st place finish! Top 4 finishers were Lexi Wolk- Champ, Aila Wolk- 3rd, Hailey Davis- 4th, Lilli Farlow- 3rd, Ragan Picou- 4th, Keely Fallert- Champ, Aniston Cremer- 4th, and Anna Fischer- Champ. In addition, Lexi Wolk was awarded the Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament. Way to go, Green!


Varsity Boys Wrestling had a tremendous two days at the Moberly Duals. The team went 8–0 to win the tournament defeating Mid-Buchanan, Moberly, Westminster, Chillicothe, Reed Springs, Cameron, Owensville, and Kirksville. In addition, Drake Meyer achieved 150 varsity wins and set the school record for pins. Also, Coach Bonnell earned his 250th career win coaching boys wrestling. Congrats, Dragons, on a record-setting day!


Varsity Boys Basketball improves to 6-1 on the season with a win against a very good Hayti team by the final score of 69-57. Way to go, Green!
SG R-II Families: We will be dismissing early today at noon. We have some difficult news to share with you. Bloomsdale Elementary has suffered an unexpected, tragic loss of a staff member. This loss is incredibly hard to process for so many. We understand that some families might have trouble picking up students early, and we will be able to keep students until the end of the day, if necessary. See your email for more info. Varsity Girls Basketball improves to 3–4 on the season with a 48–17 victory over the Kingston Cougars. Next for the Dragons is the Christmas Tournament at Park Hills Central on December 26th. Go Dragons!

Tonight was Senior Night at the Peggy J. Johnson Gymnasium for the Boys and Girls Wrestlers. The Girls defeated the Windsor owls by a score of 54-27 and the Boys won 75-3. Great job, Dragons, and thank you to our 8 senior wrestlers and 2 senior managers!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Sullivan had to cancel our dual tomorrow evening. However, we will wrestle Windsor instead with a 6:00 PM start at SGHS.
Varsity Boys Wrestling took 2nd out of 15 teams today at the Union Tournament! Top four finishers were Brody Winters 1st, Max Kruppe 1st, Cam Vogt 4th, Drake Meyer 1st, Owen Roth 2nd, and Jacob Warren 1st. Another great day, fellas!
