Better late than never! The fall sports season opened on Friday with a big win over Class 4 Festus under the Friday Night Lights. Score was 50-35. Congrats to the varsity football team! Up next is Affton at home this coming Friday. Go Dragons!

We will be beginning the evening in the cafeteria and parents should enter through the main entrance to SGHS. Hey SGHS! We are excited to welcome the Class of 2026 to our building tomorrow for Freshmen Orientation. Students should arrive at the SG R-II Performing Arts Center by 9:15 a.m. Our student mentors, advisory teachers, and counselors have prepared many fun activities for students as they transition to high school. The activities for the day will end at 12:30 p.m. At that time, we will process any necessary schedule changes and students are able to spend additional time familiarizing themselves with the building. We are looking forward to meeting all of our new freshmen tomorrow morning!

Hey SGHS! All 10th, 11th, & 12th grade students should now have access to the schedule change form in their student email. The schedule change form needs to be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, August 18th if a change needs to be made to a student schedule. If you still have not completed the online registration process please get this completed ASAP. Once the online registration is completed and approved by a member of the SGHS Office Staff, a copy of the student's schedule will be shared.
