The SGHS Girls Track Team finished in 4th place at the Class 3 State Track Meet. They scored 33 points over the course of the last two days. Congratulations to all athletes and coaches!!!
On day 2 of the Class 3 State Track Meet, the girls 4x8 Relay (Kale Clements, Abby Moore, Sadie Greminger, Hollyn Zangaro) finished 2nd, Kale Clements finished 5th in the 400, & the 4x4 Relay (Kale Clements, Abby Moore, Sadie Greminger, Kayden Huck) finished 5th.
And Kale Clements was 4th in the 800m, not the 1600m.
Correction, Abby Moore was 7th in the 1600m.
… and Abby Moore earned 2nd place in the 1600m. In addition, Kale Clements qualified for the finals in the 400m and the 4x400 team qualified for finals tomorrow as well. Way to go, ladies, and good luck tomorrow!

Baseball and softball banquet is tonight at 6 o’clock in the High School Cafeteria. Tomorrow is track and golf. Both are 6:00 PM starts. Pork steaks and brats for dinner. Booster members are free. Non-members are $25 a person.
