SGMS Band and Fundamentals of Music students travelled to the Stifel Theatre in St. Louis on Sunday, Dec. 10 to attend the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra's performance of the 1990 holiday classic movie "Home Alone." The orchestra performed composer John Williams' original score live as the movie played on a giant screen suspended above the stage. Band and Fundamentals of Music are instrumental music electives offered to any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader at SGMS. There are currently 93 students enrolled in these courses this year! Want more info? Contact Mrs. Elders at lelders@sgdragons.org. Happy Holidays!
