Reminder: Our grade level field trips are this Friday. Please make sure your child dresses for the weather, brings their lunch if that is what they selected on the permission slip, and makes it to school on time. Some of the trips leave right at 8:00. Tennis shoes are a necessity for all the locations. #sgmsrocks #sgfamily Flyer created by Amadea Zielinski from our Canva Creators Dragon Group

SG R-II: The front SGE / SGHS parking lot and the SGMS faculty parking lot are NOT student drop-off zones (as that creates safety concerns & logistical issues). These two lots are ONLY for bus traffic and/or staff parking. See student drop-off & pick-up areas: https://bit.ly/4246ggj

📢 Exciting News from Ste. Genevieve Middle School! 🐉 We’re thrilled to introduce Tiffani Mooney as our new Middle School Secretary! 🎉 Tiffani is ready to assist our students, parents, and staff with anything they need. You can reach her at: 📞 573-883-4500 x2 📧 tmooney@sgdragons.org As we welcome Tiffani, we also want to send a heartfelt congratulations to Tina Huck on her transition to a role at the District Office! While she will be greatly missed at SGMS, we know she’ll continue to do amazing things for our district. It's been an extremely smooth transition and process. Please be sure to direct all future inquiries to Tiffani (especially matters related to attendance) and no longer use tinahuck@sgdragons.org for matters related to SGMS. 💚

6th and 7th graders started the 1st part of the enrollment process for next year's elective classes. Students will have met with Mrs. Meyer by the end of the day on Friday. Students are advised to share a pre-enrollment planning guide with their guardians and return to their ELA teacher next week (parent signature is not required). An Elective Course Description Guide can be found on Mrs. Meyer's SGMS Web Page. If your 6th or 7th grader was absent during Mrs. Meyer's class visit, please have him/her stop by the counseling office ASAP.
