
On Friday evening, the girls and boys track teams were in action at the very competitive Festus Tiger Town Track Meet. The following relays and athletes placed in the top 3: Paul Taylor-2nd (Shot), Kale Clements-1st (800), Girls 4x800-3rd, & Girls 4x400-3rd. The track teams will be in action again tomorrow afternoon at the Old Settlement Invitational.

Varsity softball loses a heartbreaker to West County in the semifinals of the conference tournament by the score of 4-3. The Dragons will play Valle for 3rd place at 5:30 on Thursday at MAC.

Varsity softball defeated Arcadia Valley by a score of 12–2 in the first round of the MAAA Conference Tournament! The Dragons will play West County in the semifinals tomorrow at 7:30 at MAC.

The varsity and JV softball games scheduled for tomorrow at home versus Neelyville have been canceled.

SGHS Graduation Update: To ensure all of our seniors have the opportunity to participate, Graduation will return to its original time of 8 p.m. (on May 10). This adjustment was made due to a scheduling conflict with an extracurricular activity. Thank you for your understanding & support.

Top 3 individual performers included: 4x800 Relay-1st, 4x400 Relay-1st; Kale Clements-2nd (400), 3rd (800); Kayden Huck-3rd (300h); Laurie Parker-1st (3200); Brianna Abt-3rd (Shot); Jacob Schweigert-1st (Shot); Talan Pinkley-1st (LJ), 2nd (TJ).
